All of Perrin's spring kits are made in Germany by H&R to Perrin's Specifications. Perrin tested more than a half dozen combinations of spring rate, drop heights, etc. etc. before finalizing the springs that you now see hear. The final set was road tested by Perrin from Portland Oregon to Las Vegas Nevada and back again for the cars public debut at the SEMA Show 2008.
There is ZERO downside to the Nissan GT-R Sport springs. They maintain the adjustable damping functions of the factory springs and work great with them. You can still adjust the ride from semi-firm, firm and race. From grocery grabbing, to hard core track time, these will get the job done!
